MC C.C.C.
My approach is rooted in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and emotionally focused therapy, with a passion for helping people navigate grief, relational wounds, identity struggles, life transitions, and the lasting impact of spiritually harmful or high-control environments.
I believe healing happens through safe relationships, honest reflection, and meaningful connection. My work is integrative, drawing from EFT, narrative therapy, CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic principles, the Grief Recovery Method, and faith-sensitive counselling practices. Counselling therapy emphasizes compassion, authenticity, emotional awareness, and practical growth — creating space for clients to process the emotional and spiritual complexities of their stories without judgment.
Having written my thesis on the impact of cults and high-control religious environments, I bring both specialized knowledge and deep compassion to this area of work. I help individuals understand the layered effects of spiritual trauma, relational loss, identity disruption, and attachment injury while supporting them in reconnecting with themselves, with others, and with God.
